With over 20 years in healthcare, Tracy has built her career helping patients and providers navigate medical claims and insurance benefits. Her expertise includes claim processing, reimbursement, accounts receivable (A/R), explanation of benefits (EOB) review, and insurance verification. What she enjoys most about healthcare is helping people understand their coverage, claims, and financial responsibilities. She believes knowledge builds confidence, and she takes pride in bringing clarity and peace of mind to a process that can often feel confusing.
Outside of work, Tracy spends much of her time traveling with her boys for soccer, baseball, and AAU basketball. Their calendar stays full year-round, and while life is busy, she wouldn’t trade these moments for anything. Supporting her children as they pursue their passions is one of her greatest joys and reminds her daily of the value of dedication, teamwork, and perseverance—qualities that she brings to both her life and work.
